Yep! I knew TS was ran by a bunch of quasi-skeezy bro types, but this takes the cake. It's a pretty scummy move to scare people like that, imo. My coworker ran in from the throne saying "Judge granted a stay!" WHILE I was on the Michel & Associates web page. lol

Some online retails are playing a game- they take the order, charge your card, issue a tracking number soon after- but they haven't picked/packed/shipped anything. I suspect they really don't have the item in stock, but by doing all that they take the customer off the market, hope they can get inventory soon, and ship few days later- all without telling the customer. You can tell because your tracking info doesn't show anything moving after a day or three.

Getting a tracking number means nothing more than the vendor processed the shipping with a carrier- until you see it moving (via the tracking) it hasn't gone anywhere, and may not have been picked or packed yet.

This is not what I wanted to hear, I have 3 pending orders with my latest order from last night having UPS Next Day Air as delivery method.

Yep... I HATE when companies do that. And people get so excited thinking their stuff has shipped... NOPE! Not til it hits UPS/FedEx/USPS... THEN it's shipped... they can print that label 3 weeks before shipping.

This sounds a lot like what Arms Unlimited is doing. Got tracking info a couple of days ago but hasn't been picked up yet.

Can you imagine just 2 kids in the warehouse slowly getting orders and everyone just chillin', then the phones start ringing and those poor kids are running like madmen through the warehouse

Just got an email. Tombstone Tactical has shipped. They went dark for awhile after sending me the order confirmation. Maybe they were really busy.

They oversold on HK 416 mags. Mine are on order they said and should ship by fri.

Order from Joe’s Pawn Shop shipped maybe not even 2 hours after placement; already shows tracking it’s been picked up by USPS and on the way

Called HK Specialist about my order placed last night which is still in limbo but charged; talked to a service rep on the phone that said they are a small-man operation and they’re trying to keep up with demand as much as possible. Expected to ship by tomorrow or Thursday the latest
