Anyone know if we can ship to San Francisco, south SF, Sunnyvale, and other cities with possible hi cap bans? I read in a separate post someone said that some of these cities and other places had/have a city ban on hi caps but not aware or sure.

Found this so far, still searching. Are city laws that ban hi-caps still in effect?
