Brownells is confirmed. They are taking phone orders.

They have a nice system where they will save your place in line and call you back.

Use promo code NET to get 10% off and free shipping. F*ck paying $35 for shipping.

I reached out to Ammunition Depot and they confirmed that they're shipping standard mags to CA now. Placed an order.

EDIT: Will update post once shipped.

If that's in their policies and you don't agree -- why are you purchasing from them? Purchase from somewhere else then. That's what I'm saying.

Brownell's webpage still isn't working, but you can place a order over the phone. They are SLAMMED by CA folks though so prepare to wait. The order process is quick however so A++ to them!

If you don't like their policy order elsewhere is what I'm saying. If they have no stated policy that is different and I agree a chargeback might be warranted. However, if they are telling you up front ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK then that is what you are doing. Otherwise, go order elsewhere.

They are accepting orders based on their order policies.

If a large number of you do charge backs to a single vendor they might get blackballed from their merchant account. Do not penalize those trying to help you or you will see much less willingness to help in the future.

I already have read some people in this thread have commented they will just do a chargeback so it's "no risk to them" if they don't receive their stuff. That's a pretty effed up way to treat the small list of vendors trying to help you.

To be clear, and I'm sure it will get sucked up in this fast thread, if someone won't send a refund or product, they are breaking the law. ABSOLUTELY file a charge back if they tell you they won't ship or refund. This isn't about "people helping". You can't let anyone get away with that kind of BS.

What if their policy said there is a 100% restocking fee on canceled orders. You agree to the terms and cancel your order (not mags in this scenario). Do you agree that you should be entitled to a full 100% refund via chargeback because they never shipped even though you agreed to a 100% restocking fee?

Or are you saying the terms you agree to are meaningless unless they benefit you?

As I said previously. If you don't like ANY vendors terms (please at least confirm you read them).. go elsewhere. Isn't that how capitalism is supposed to work? Not the consumers making up their own rules on what they think they are entitled to?

If enough people don't purchase from the vendors that are saying "no refunds purchase at your own risk" then a) they'll lose business or b) their policy will change.

Screwing them because you feel you are entitled to is what makes outside of CA dealers not like CA dealers..

That's why SG Ammo stopped shipping ammo...too many CA people tried to take advantage of them.

I randomly contacted a few online dealers .
Summit Gun Broker LLC in Missouri responded and was unaware, and is looking into it.
