Man, Brownells screwed up. I'm a huge fan, extremely well run store, good prices on many things, Pete Brownell is a great 2A guy, but they lost probably hundreds of thousands in revenue this weekend by being late to the party.

In case it wasn't obvious, nothing I write here should be interpreted as legal advice. -

"You'd be crazy to create an app that allows medallion-less drivers to compete with taxis. Nobody in their right mind would do it without an approval letter from the taxicab commission, the CPUC, and an okay from their lawyers. It's just too risky."

cause with the inventory levels of brownells, all the smaller shops that started selling on friday night and saturday are mostly out of stock, and now as money rolls around and more gun owners find out brownells is primed to capture this later rush of orders.
remember most gun owners in CA aren't on calguns or check up on laws like many here on calguns.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment

Ok, so I was informed about this by my brother, I quickly came to the forum to look into the specifics. I noticed that people were confident enough to order standard/high cap mags.
I started to shop myself and found this on Buds site, "Unfortunately we are still unable to sell high capacity magazines to CA customers. The recent ruling only blocked a 2016 law that would have made high capacity magazines already owned by CA residents illegal to posses or sell". That's not how I've read anyone else's interpretation or how I interpreted the wording. So, are they just full.of crap?Last edited by 02Caltaco; 03-31-2019, 8:04 PM.Comment
