It's not an emotional response.

The original PI was given because irreparable harm would be done to existing std capacity holders because once they dispose of their property they would not be able to reacquire said property if the court case resolved in their favor.

In this case what irreparable harm is being done to the state? There's also no public interest because these std capacity magazines already legally exist in the state (even before the 3/29 ruling).

You should read the summary Benitez ruled on, the judge ripped apart a few of the states "expert" witnesses. Some of which where nothing more than Masters student working on their degree. I'm not even joking.

I ordered on Saturday and never received an email confirmation either. I just went to the customer service tab on their site and entered my order number and email in and it shows status as shipped.

I checked my order status. It still says "awaiting processing".

Didn't order anything crazy. Glock and m&p mags. You're think they would send out in the order they were received, but who knows. Guess I just have to wait and see.
