Brownells backordering... does not charge till shipping but order from them says "SOLD"... still technically, how can it be "SOLD" if not charged? Isn't it just "ordered"?

They can sell it to you for whatever they want. Money now. Money later. Two goats and a cow. Whatever. The vendor sets the terms of how they accept payment and when in order for something to be sold.

Who else is going to be royally pissed if they don't receive their mags THAT THEY PURCHASED OVER FIVE DAYS AGO AND HAVENT HAD A DAMN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION! Maybe they're looking out for you and saying SOLD so you have proof you purchased them prior to the 5 Apr 2019 5 PM deadline.
