Any vendors have XD mags in stock? My GrabAGun and DrumMagazines orders for XD mags haven't shipped yet and I'm getting nervous about them shipping in time.

This, as long as the vendor can and/or will get the order out before 5p. I think the window also closes for them sending out orders at that time.

I agree. Floodgates closes at 5, but here's a sick thought. 5p what time zone?

BREAKING:: ORDER of STAY has been issued grandfathering in all sales, aquisitions, possesions of magazines between March 29th and April 5th

Judge Benitez has granted a stay on the judgment issued on March 29th and has made provisions for those selling and aquiring magazines between March 29th and 5pm on April 5th.

Reading the Order, it would seem that if you BOUGHT any SCMs between 3/29 and 4/5, you're protected

So this means keep buying up until Friday at 5pm?

lots of us got officially F**k'ed by GAG, it has been 5 days still "processing"...*sigh*

They are just a online no inventory drop shipper. They won't have anything to ship you and distributors have allocated all magazines. Cancel your order, order from somewhere else. Time is of the essence, need to get'em before 5pm Friday 4/45/19.

They are showing available everywhere as distributors have them in stock. BUT given the stay I would call and confirm they physically have and are not drop shipping them and can ship before 5PM PST tomorrow

That's how I see it but I'm not a lawyer. It says bought so I assume as long as your cc has been charged or you have something showing your purchase you're good.
