You missed the point that they straight lied about shipping and delivery. I am a small business owned myself, I run 2 ebay businesses on the side. So I do understand how difficult it is when you get a lot of orders. I would ask family, friends, whoever I could trust to help me if needed, but I NEVER lie about shipping or other things. I talked to Botach on Monday so at that point they already knew how many orders they had. It's not hard to get delivery quotes from most the major delivery services and if I can't, I say I'm not sure. I don't tell customers I will ship that day and then only create labels. That's not actually shipping. I am very aware USPS sucks when it comes to tracking, FedEx is on top of the game though. So when I see a FedEx label printed two days ago and it hasn't moved, it's clear that they didnt actually ship it. Say what you want, but that's not how you run a company and I'll call bullsh-t on it all day.

I bet you never had a thousand ebay orders hit in a day either. Do you think Calguns members are the only people ordering? The whole damn state is wiping out stores. Yes I get what your saying about saying you have stock when they dont because it is in another wareouse. Normally you would order from them they tell warehouse to ship. Now because we are in a time crunch dose not give us the right to cry about our orders getting messed up these vendors had no clue what was coming. I doubt the judge will grant a stay and we will have time but I could be wrong also. Just cut these guys sum slack they are doing there best to help us out they could have easily said they would not ship to us at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but most of these vendors have disclaimers on their websites right now, something to the notion of: "Due To High Order Volume, Orders Are Being Shipped 7 to 12 Business Days After Receipt."

Preppers, specifically, says "DUE TO EXTREME ORDER VOLUME PLEASE ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP."

Unless you pay for next day air shipping, you're going to wait for processing and standard 4-5 day shipping.

Unfortunately, we live in culture of impatience and instant gratification .....There isn’t anything wrong with wanting or needing objects, experiences or people within a certain amount of time, but it’s important to be able to exhibit restraint when you need to.

Still waiting on RTG to ship the order that I placed Saturday at about 8 am. That order had most of what I wanted and I already received my Order from Jestice Arms and Midway shipped extremely fast. Still waiting on the GrabAGun order to ship that I placed on Sunday as well.
