Owens is getting it wrong-over and over again. The LAW was not ruled on in Peruta v. Gore. It only ruled that Gore's administration of the law was unconstitutional......sheesh....

Nothing worse that a talk show about a subject where the moderator does not even understand what he is talking about. More miss information than facts. This show is a joke. I sure wish someone that can articulate the facts would call in. This is painful.

Paladin, I did give some thought to trying to call in, but unfortunately, I am not in a situation where it would be appropriate for me to do so. The last few callers were better than the first group. I guess my biggest Beef is the fact that the talk show host was having a public discussion on a subject that he did not bother to do his homework on the subject. These situations remind me that you have to assume that the information these shows present on other subject's is as poorly inaccurate. I'm glad that is over.

I especially didn't like the comment that Combs made that GMC would still most likely be a issue, like possibly being denied over a traffic violation. I think Combs should've brought into light the irony of someone being denied a CCW permit over traffic violation even when the applicant being denied has a firearm to begin with.
