    We have until 2014 to be required to register. 3 more months to talk about it and until october to keep the Gov from signing it (if I read right.)

    The way I see it, you have until 2014 to keep it. After that the law applies to you, then you have until 2015 to register.
    Spend the next month and a half Telling Governor Brown how it will affect you.

    You can spend November and December to decide how to modify it if Gov doesn't veto it. Time Management.

    Christmas isn't here yet. Don't start shopping for magazine solutions early.
