Wrote, again. Keep up the pressure. Should we start on Jerry Brown in anticipation?

I mentioned to his staffer that I realize I am not in his district, and she assured me that they have no problem with people outside his district giving him feedback.

        She was very polite.

I keep getting sent straight to voicemail, and his messages are full. I used the contact form though, and also sent a fax.

Fax sent to his district office; am still waiting for my fax to his capitol office to go through.

Called. Answered on first ring. Requested zip code.

I did too. And when I submitted through the website it wouldn't send it. Said I wasn't in the district.

Don't sweat it! The e-mails are going through. The directions to "use the website" are just there to discourage out-of-district residents. As long as the e-mail doesn't bounce back as undeliverable, they got them, and they read them.

Now, the fax machine is another matter. My machine has been trying to get through for the last hour, and the number to their machine is ringing, but not picking up.

Sounds like they are prepared compare to earlier this week. The call was picked up right away and I couldn't hear much in the background.

The nice lady did ask for my name and the ZIP code.

Oh sent the email as well.

His fax is still down. They let in ring, but never pick up. Cowards. I emailed, and my fax machine is still trying to get through. Just out of curiosity, does any of this actually have any chance of changing the outcomes? Or are we just annoying them, and they will ignore us anyway?
