A lot of them don't have kids... if we block the undocumented democrats and/or have better outreach to people who don't already vote our way... we could still win in the end....

Do you think it's possible that we would have success in CA? or is it too far gone? Might work in free (for now) states? But the laws being proposed by asshats like Lautenberg are federal. This seems to be expanding.

They won't jail us. Won't be able to renew your DL, registration, liens, civil penalties unpaid will put a crimp on you, all sorts of harassment tools at their disposal.

I doubt anyone will 'go to jail' for any of these new laws, felony or not.

What happens is someone gets arrested, they spend a little while in county lockup then go to court, it gets plead down and then they more or less go free after spending thousands on lawyer fees and fines.

Laws like these, new drug laws, etc they are only there so that the legions of DAs, prison guards, probation officers will have something to do.

It's just another revenue grab with the added bonus of a further disarmed citizenry.

And then they lose their right to keep and bear arms because they're now felons.

It will not pass, not a chance. Don't get another panic going for crissakes, we're not even out of this one. They can't divide us with this one. LE, target, competition,Cowboy Action, skeet and trap, Ducks Unlimited, hunting community, reenactors, no way. If it got any support in Congress the dems would be buried.
Actually could be a good thing if a bunch of dems got behind this, cut their effective divide and conquer strategy off at the knees. But they're not that stupid.
              It's just more never-ending harassment.
Every time one of these pukes proposes anything, I think they sit back and laugh watching us run around in full panic like headless chickens.

Then we will all be criminals and we can get whatever we want just like all of the other criminals. Probably be cheaper and a waiting period of from their hand to your hand.

This proves again (and I already said this hundreds of times before) that liberalism is a mental disease. And if you are a liberal who owns guns and you still consider yourself a freedom loving American, you're either full of crap or you should have your head examined.
I thought I saw yesterday on the news that the bombers used fertilizer, am I mistaken?

You guys are missing the big picture. See they don't expect it to pass now. Nor in 5-10 years either. They're laying the groundwork. It'll just hang out there and dangle and become another issue for the antis to work for. Just one more thing.

You have to understand their goal is complete and total disarmament. They can't do it all at once. They just pick apart piece by piece. They divide us up bit by bit.

Lautenberg is simply getting the ball rolling for them. He'll be dead and gone but he knows in say 20 years perhaps it'll work it's way forward and become law. These people are evil in every sense of the word. They are not well intentioned but misguided. They are a domestic enemy. They are the enemy of the constitution and the republic.

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.
