This is just more culture warring.

There are few areas that gun grabbers haven't stuck their dirty little fingers in, reloading is one of them. Of course, if you reload your own ammo you are probably a pretty hardcore gun guy. And if that's the case, you have a target on your back.

Regarding the Firecrackers, they've been banned in California since the 1960's. That's when we got "Safe and Sane" fireworks. And those are really duds. It's very sad.

As far as I can remember, the Boston marathon bombers used fireworks, not gun powder in their pressure cookers as explosive material. So Lautenberg wants to control ammo reloading components for exactly what reason? Because these components were NOT used to make bombs?

This proves again (and I already said this hundreds of times before) that liberalism is a mental disease. And if you are a liberal who owns guns and you still consider yourself a freedom loving American, you're either full of crap or you should have your head examined.

So what can we do? Voting isn't working, writing to these dolts only results in a canned letter coming back that basically says "F**K you and thank you in the same sentence, the court cases that are brought sometimes give us the desired results but overall, it seems to be one step forward and two steps back, especially in California.

Now we are witnessing the spread of this liberal cancer to states like Colorado, which when I lived there was a far cry from anti-gun. So, what's the most pro-active thing we can do? I'm a life member of NRA, and donate to CGF, what else?

They used more like the safe and sane fireworks (I saw the pics of the empties). Firecrackers hardly have any powder... it's pretty much just the fuse keeps going into it and it's tightly wrapped paper around the fuse... which makes it pop. They're pretty harmless too. Had a super fast fuse catch me off guard before and had one go off in my hand. No biggie.

M-80s and such; different rules. Thats where you can loose fingers / don't light while holding....
