I don't know why I keep checking this thread, all of us know that all three will pass out of committee on a party-line vote.

I hate to be a wet blanket but what can we do next? We stopped SB 249 last year by getting the bill's author to pull it. But was that really a result of pressure from some pro-2A people? Anyway, how can we do that again this time?

AB 48: is this not the ammo permits legislation or did it get updated to remove permits and now is only on reporting. From looking at the bill I dont see any info on what quantity of ammo requires a report, so a box of 20 would need to be reported?

3000+ eh? time to save up. that is unfortunate for two reasons, they wont be inundated with reports to the point where they give up, and there are a lot of people in CA who would believe its reasonable to bust down the door of someone ordering that much ammo and torture them into giving up their terrorist cell
