Say every firearms law being suggested passes. Would it be legal go store currently legal firearms out of state (perfectly legal in that state) indefinitely?

If you are talking about current state legislation yes as long as you didn't register it as an assault weapon. I could be wrong but I think the wording has it in your control at all times meaning being locked up at you house when not in use. I am sure there is an argument in there but that doesn't mean you wouldn't be a test case.sigpicComment

I have firearms stored near Carson City, NV, as do a lot of Californians (there are a couple of businesses in Carson City that store firearms as well). I am a "resident" of California, not a "citizen" or "subject". California's authority over me and my personal property stops at the state line. California cannot regulate activities at my property in Nevada. We know they are lying, they know they are lying, they know we know they are lying, we know they know we know they are lying, but they are still lying. ~ SolzhenitsynComment
