                            Got me too, although I for one can't see how it could possibly take them very long to reach a decision on the matter. It really isn't that hard of a decision and it seemed like they had it nailed down on the first day. What is there really left to discuss? I hope they ban the Brady people from appearing before the SC again. They've done that to other parties before.

                                They have a ton of briefs to go through, plus then they have to write a decision that's likely to be historical in nature. There may also be a lot of negotiations going on about standards of scrutiny, which I didn't get the sense that there was a whole lot of agreement on.

                                The anti's might also drag the deliberations out with their not-very-logical arguments.
