Problem is, many legislators seem to be catching on to the fact that proposing and advancing antigun bills is a sure, cheap and easy way to fame and notoriety.
I mean, who ever heard of Yee until last year? Look at him now, his name is in the news, all over the papers, he is on national TV, he is discussed on the web, etc. All because he proposed 2-3 antigun bills, he hasn't done anything else even worth mentioning. Other dems are seeing that and are falling all over themselves rushing to introduce most ridiculous bills before someone else does and steals their 15 min of fame.

English wasn't my first language, but the 9th & 10th Amendments seem pretty clear to me.

Well I don't think it would ever pass, and if it did I don't think it would stand up in court, but if it did, that would be the one to finally get me to pack my bags and get the heII out of the state.

These anti-gun bills are my last straw. By 2014 I'll be a Texan. Not cutting and running Gene, the tens of thousands I'll be saving will make me a bigger donor to the struggle.

Virtually anyone aged 18 and older being allowed to vote is absurd to begin with. We are quickly turning into a third-world Country.

If this becomes law and isn't struck by a court Nevada isn't too far...

Let me guess, under your perfect system you'd still be able to vote right?

                          Plainly unconstitutional. See "Poll Tax"

My family and guests wouldn't be demanding me to pay for their crap if they were to do something stupid that got them shot, and I sure as hell wouldn't be shooting at a bad guy in my apartment if I wasn't certain I'd not hit someone else.
