    Repeal AB144

    Cal gunners,
How can we repeal this misguided law? Looneys in Sacramento are determined to disarm law abiding citizens and put us in harms way. We all know that criminals do not obey any laws and will prey upon us knowing that we are completely disarmed. Not to mention that AB144 infringes on our 2nd Amendment Rights.

You don't need to repeal it. You need to GET loaded open carry and shall issue CCW.

It won't be repealed in the foreseeable future. The same people who overwhelmingly passed it are still in charge and they won't vote to repeal the law.

What he said. Why settle for half rights, when through this law you can restore FULL rights?

Whatever. But in any case, repeal is not going to happen.

The thing to do is to support the Calguns Foundation and the Second Amendment Foundation in their efforts through litigation to improve things.

Because the law does more than just restrict the UOC people from going to Starbucks. Eventually it should be repealed, but I agree that LOC and/or LTC should be attacked first.

That law was signed by Saint Reagan and will never get overturned.

Has a governor or president ever overturned any gun laws, especially in California?
