Are there any sanctions defined for not complying? Isn't that what they've been doing for years, losing decisions then not complying? How does this change anything?

His numbers sound really big...until you calculate the LA, and CA population...He's talking about the .01% of the population when the population is 34,000,000...32,000 incidents sounds like a lot.

ALL PROPOGANDA...and yes...Carmen Trutanich is/was a wolf in sheeps clothing...

One of the votes I wish I could take back...I won't vote for him again for any office...especially LA County DA.

As far as the win by Chuck...Great but let's see how long it takes the LAPD to comply...If they comply at all.

They won't rush...between layoffs, vacations, lost/missing data, holidays and any other more pressing issues...it could be years...

That's the problem with positions like his being so politicized.

I asked this earlier, but it looks like my post was deleted for some odd reason.

When will the public and NRA/CRPA member have access to the records they paid for?

My guess would be that Chuck didn't see it coming either.
