Who is David John Clark? Is this guy soliciting funds for signature gatherers? As much as I want Shall Issue LTCs in CA, I think its a waste of a couple million dollars just to get it on the ballot.

Yeah every penny spent on this is a waste, just like Meg Whitman's gubernatorial campaign was a complete waste. Republicans and conservative ballot props will never again win a state-level election in California, if you spend a million or a billion on it.
