“Citizens shouldn’t be required to ask for permission from the government before they exercise their constitutional rights.

NH is pretty much shall issue, I'm going home for a visit next week or so and will have my non-res CCWs anyway.

I hope they have enough votes to over ride the Governor, he's a Democrat from MA and my guess is he'll veto. He recently vetoed another gun bill, can't recall which, and was overridden by the legislature.

I can't wait to go home permanently in about 12 years ....

I am starting to think constitutional carry is closer than many think. If enough states go that way it will be tough for the state to claim a licensing scheme accomplishes any compelling interest.

It does begin to look a bit like the situation with concealed carry, where FL was the tipping point. It appears that AZ may be the tipping point here. I'm not sure it can go as far beyond the Western states as CC did, but I'm more than willing to try and see.

What do you need guns for if you are going to send your children, seven hours a day, 180 days a year to government schools? What do you need the guns for at that point?-- R. C. Sproul, Jr. (unconfirmed)
