    legal to shoot on private property?

    I have some property in the middle of no where in SLO county and how would I find out if its legal to shoot on it?

                  so my property would be legal to shoot since its not a public place unless its in the fire district then i need the ok from the board of supervisors?

                        Make sure you don't have a *****y neighbor who will call the police even after you show her the county code permitting you to shoot on your land.

                        A friend of mine had that trouble but luckily she got evicted.

                          Check with local Sheriff's deputy for certainty, but where I live in San Diego's Backcountry, it's fine as long as neighbors don't complain. My neighbors like to shoot also, so no problem, but I would suggest you pay a courtesy visit to ask if they would object, and possibly invite them over to shoot . . .

                              ok will check with the sheriff. Also there are no neighbors. just a bunch of unused land surrounding mine
