Madison is the capital of Wisconsin and perhaps the most Left Wing city in the US. Even more than San Francisco. They will pass a lot of local anti gun laws now that Wisconsin has become the 49th state to issue CCWs. Only Illinois is left without CCW access.

So now all the little tyrants are just gonna legislate their new CCW law out of existence with local ordances by making it illegal to carry just about anywhere.

So if you dont own a vehicle and rely on public transportation you will have to surrender your right to self-defense. Real nice!
