Depending on where you hunt, zone, you can tell me in another post, He can get an archery only tag and hunt all kinds of zones during the archery and general season.

He can either get a D 11 tag, or an AO tag, The AO tag will let him hunt both archery and general seasons in all of A, B and D zones. He will get a pretty large season!!

*deserves* is a little rough, considering that a 10 year ban for being drunk and disorderly is an immoral law, IMO, your statement is akin to saying people in the underground railroad deserved to get caught, they were breaking the law right?

His hunting is going to be way different then the guys with rifles!! I would also suggest their rifles stear clear of him!!
