I have my C&R and someone told me I should file for a COE because I would no longer have to endure the ten day waiting period. However, my question is does that only apply to C&R handguns, or any gun?

It applies to C & R handguns and long guns only. If you like the old stuff it's great.

You posted the same thread that I did...

The law says C&R and COE is exempt from 1 in 30 days for modern guns. DOJ is attempting to make an underground regulation that says it is not. CGF has a pretty good reputation for taking down underground regulations.
