The Second Amendment is the one right that is so fundamental that the inability to exercise it, should the need arise, would render all other rights null and void. Dead people have no rights.

Hello from MD...$50 was sent this morning to CGF before I even saw this....it was specifically tagged for Gray's case, but I realize "po-tey-to, po-tah-to"...
Keep up the great work out there!

Peterson seems to be, at this time, the highest CGF-supported/coalition civil case in terms of climbing the stair-ladder to SCOTUS in terms of carry, though there is significant right to travel aspects, but if you think about it, carry outside of the home is essentially a right to travel issue, as addressed by the original Sykes complaint before it became Richards. Personally, I'm hoping another case jumps ahead, but I'll step up if I have to.
Thank you Krucam and putput for the contributions.Comment

My case is also specifically tagged, but CGF, in light of the circumstances of the quickness of the appeals start, dropped about mid-4 figures into the case to push it up to CA10. There may also need to be costs (which will be recovered once the district court judgement is vacated), which if you read the docket, adds up to about $1600, depending on how the clerk of the court rules.
