          Somebody needs to point out the lost sales tax revenue from ammo sales. it maybe only a few mil but the state needs every dime
          Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.

            Well, unless the Assembly Appropriations committee is meeting tomorrow, which is doubtful, it looks like SB 124 will die in committee. Today, the Assembly Appropriations kept it "on hold", and tomorrow is the last day that fiscal committees have to send legislation to the floor. They did pass SB 819 (dros fees) and SB 610 (ccw conformity) out of committee, so look for Assembly action on those starting next week, but for now, looks like SB 124 isn't going to make it this year.

                while sb819 is a pisser, it is good to know about SB 124. I got a nice email from Senator Bill Emerson 37th district fully opposing all anti-gun measures. Good to know!
