Somebody needs to point out the lost sales tax revenue from ammo sales. it maybe only a few mil but the state needs every dime

Well, unless the Assembly Appropriations committee is meeting tomorrow, which is doubtful, it looks like SB 124 will die in committee. Today, the Assembly Appropriations kept it "on hold", and tomorrow is the last day that fiscal committees have to send legislation to the floor. They did pass SB 819 (dros fees) and SB 610 (ccw conformity) out of committee, so look for Assembly action on those starting next week, but for now, looks like SB 124 isn't going to make it this year.All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others. -George Orwell, Animal Farm
