    Gun trust lawyer in Ventura?

    Does anyone know of a good lawyer, in Ventura, with a knowledge of gun trusts etc.?

      I have never heard of a gun trust. What do you want to accomplish?

        I cannot help you with Ventura, but here is the guy that did my gun trust. He is in the OC but drove to the South Bay to deliver and execute the trust.

        The price was right and the service was good.

                Thanks for the link. It appears that a firearms trust is no different than a typical revocable trust.

                  I strongly urge you to research this further. There are serious issues with doing one wrong, and ATF has (by all accounts) become very aggressive in policing the NFA trusts. PM Oaklander.
