I was not intending to derail the thread.
Maybe my recent study of college statistics has skewed my view on this. In my view, there is a strong correlation coefficient with regards to homosexuals, and anti-gun sentiments. As such, any judge that is sympathetic to that cause, is more likely to be anti gun. Obviously you disagree, but I was not derailing the thread; it is one of the reasons I think she will be anti gun. I'm not about to do real research to get a good estimate; that is simply my "seat of the pants" feel of the situation and it has NOTHING to do with my beliefs regarding homosexuality.
2 stated that they were not only pro-RKBA, but that they themselves were firearms enthusists (I am proud to say that I introduced both to the sport).
1 stated that she was pro-RKBA, but had no desire to own one herself.
1 stated that he couldn't tell a .45 from a 12 ga., and didn't feel strongly about the issue either way.
So there you have it... 75% of homosexuals support your RKBA! Myth... BUSTED!!!"That's why I got TWO guns... one for each of ya."

Bakersfield is technically "urban", but we are still primarily rural hicks... we have a lot of transplants, but the "born and raised" crowd is very rural.
I [poop] you not; I went to a welcome home party Saturday at the bar and they had a bunch of tattoo'd gangsta look-a-likes in cholo garb singing "friends in low places" at the kareoke machine. Only in Bakersfield...Originally posted by Alan GuraThe Second Amendment now applies to state and local governments. Just for the sake of being able to back up my argument, I conducted a scientific poll of my 4 gay friends. The results were:
2 stated that they were not only pro-RKBA, but that they themselves were firearms enthusists (I am proud to say that I introduced both to the sport).
1 stated that she was pro-RKBA, but had no desire to own one herself.

So there you have it... 75% of homosexuals support your RKBA! Myth... BUSTED!!!
That is why neither my theory, or any theory to the contrary, can be reliable in any way without spending millions to find out.
I've coined a phrase for situations like this: In My Ignorant Opinion...Originally posted by Alan GuraThe Second Amendment now applies to state and local governments. As in all homosexual discussions, I don't see anyone that knows there are two types of homosexuality, one is female and one is male. The two are quite different. Female homosexuality is caused by trauma. I took a class in female sexuality. My favorite subject was taught by a female homosexual. She was doctored in psychology. She put us males in the class on a short stick for no reason except she said she had a bad experience with males in her previous class. I got a B out of the class and learned the diatribe being spouted by the gay groups is just wrong and misleading.
Male homosexuality is neatly portrayed in many English literature works about private schools. So one can say both are caused by society. There is even a historical hidden secrete about male homosexuality in the Islamic leadership. The leaders keep a little boy. Its a status symbol. Its not talked about in the media very often.. here's one release: http://articles.sfgate.com/2010-08-2...t-hamid-karzaiLast edited by NeuTag; 12-06-2010, 4:21 AM.Comment

You know what I am talking about. I don't want to go into it because there is no way you will ever see what I am talking about and all it will do is offend you, and waste my time.
All you need to know is that outside any religious discussion, I don't care what you do with another consenting adult in the privacy of your home; just don't try to do it in front of me and my family.Last edited by Glock21sfsd; 12-06-2010, 7:44 AM.Jeffery OvermanComment

To hell with this thread! How could you all let a thread about a State Supreme Court justice turn in to a thread where we attack homosexuals? You all need to return to the high standards of discourse that I love Calguns for. Shame on you.Comment

If you mean the California legal system, so are a number of attorneys that are positively on our side.
Need me to name some?
And if you mean the California political system, we have a few supporters there as well.John -- bitter gun owner.
