And as for the Safe Handling Demo, you can't "fail" that, if someone is having difficulty, it is up to the shop to "guide" the buyer through the demo and help them become comfortable with it.

Yeh I know City Arms does a nice video presentation and stuff. He might be able to pass it he might not. He takes his DMV tests in English and passes those so he could probably pass this one I wouldn't know since I've never taken it. I still take issue with it because it's a barrier to exercising a constitutional right and there are people out there who live in the U.S who cannot read, speak English or Spanish who might want a handgun but cannot acquire one.

It doesn't matter how easy the test is, when the government wants to make us take a B.S. test in order to exercise our constitutional rights they had better bend over backward to make sure that it doesn't exclude anyone.

That's basically what I'm trying to get at. Plus it puts more pressure on them to scrap the whole thing.

          Absolutely!

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
