    Just a quick thought -

Sometimes I think that it's good that there are all of these ineffectual organizations taking money from Joyce (and like minded philanthropic groups). It dilutes their power and directs money from the effective anti groups.

Then again, it swells my heart to seem my enemies crushed.

To crush your enemies. See them driven before you on the battlefield and hear the lamentations of their women.

In a time of dire financial straits and potential infrastructure collapse like the world has NEVER seen before, anyone advocating restricting an individual's freedoms and rights to defend oneself and his/her family and friends is committing an act of OUTRIGHT TREASON.

I have not a shred of mercy or pity to see groups like AHSA wiped from existence. Good effing riddance.

It would be a shame if somebody started a new anti-gun organization, accepted a metric craptonne of money from Joyce, and then did such a pathologically incompetent job that the net effect was pro-gun.

Gun Guys which was a part of Freedom States Alliance (which had a bunch of subsidiaries). These were all absobed into States United to Prevent Gun Violence. http://supgv.org/

There was an "Against Gun Violence" group in Iowa or Idaho that went under, apparently, the one person manning the phones died and no one noticed for a year (j/k)...

The linked article mentions a couple others.

                        This makes me happy.

I wonder how those groups get started. It seems like the antis organize them from the start which means if we wanted a fake anti group we would have to fund it ourselves.

While it might get a list of small time antis and do some PR work, I can't see it being worth the money that we would need to put in to such an operation.

                        AHSA had $500,000.

What could CGF do with a similar amount?

If defrauding Joyce Fdn is a crime, I don't want to be a law-abiding citizen.
