SAF - Any members can tell me more about it?

I just relocated up to WA State, and I saw a press release from the SAF, from Bellevue, WA, to my surprise. I go to Bellevue College, which is like 5 minutes from their office. Looking to get more involved up here, since I can't do much in CA anymore

    Thanks!!

    See, e.g., McDonald v. Chicago.

Give them a call, they are fantastic people and skilled 2A advocates.

The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is dedicated to promoting a better understanding about our Constitutional heritage to privately own and possess firearms. To that end, we carry on many educational and legal action programs designed to better inform the public about the gun control debate.

A major player as far as gun rights goes. They have very good lawyers and deserve the utmost support from anyone who values the 2nd amendment.

          They play well with others...

SAF works with whoever gets them to achieve more gun freedoms; including the ACLU. That is a big plus, to me.

Thanks for the information, you wonderful members! I'll definitely continue to promote and support Calguns as best as I can from up here.

I didn't know they were co-plaintiffs for the challenge in '82. That is AWESOME.

Hey Gray, I'm sold. Can I join at the Bellevue office? I'm free tomorrow

I helped them set up at GRPC and all of he SAF employees I met were motivated, professional and really believe in what they are doing.

That goes beyond the good they do by funding the legal battles in D.C., Chicago and elsewhere.

In some respects SAF impresses me more than CGF but I still love CGF too.

If they can use your help, I'm sure you will see a great organization in action.
