We see and hear stories like that every day. Some the local LE never knows about.
One of my favorite is the two guys robbing the Chinese restaurant with baseball bats going from table to table collecting money and jewelry.
They get to one table and a 21 year old kid pulls out his shiny new Desert Eagle (fifty of course) and says "wazzup" Didn't have to do or say anything else.

Free Chinese food for life.........lol

But you know, the whole *point* is that every criminal has to worry that there'll be law abiding citizens that in some ways just as dangerous as they are. If not moreso. In this case a LOT moreso .

Simple fact, you just don't hear a whole lot about armed robbers in counties that have "shall issue" CCW, when you do, it's usually a story like this.
