juvenile record

as i have mentioned in my "new to calguns" thread , i got a denial for a hand gun purchase for a felony committed as a youth (that was nearly 15 years ago...)

at any rate I went through the process of getting my juvenile record sealed. I have a clean slate as an adult, and from reading some of the threads in this section makes me nervous about me reapplying.

Should I expect doj to question my earlier denial? Or any thing else i should aware of? It's just been a long process and I am really starting to get anxious. thanks for any advise or tips in advance

You need to go on line and look up CA W&I 707B you can seal your juvi record but there are exceptions based on the crime committed!

I was denied for my juvenile record, thats what they said and that's the only trouble i have been in. As soon as I get confirmation of the the agencies sealing the record , I will submit a pfec and post results..... Just about 1 month left to go....

Sucks that being a retard when your young can and will haunt you later in life...

Sometimes....Kids don't get off as easy these days as they did in the past. What was once considered harmless fun, is sometimes considered a hanus crime nowadays.
