Well, look at the bright side - Mr Justice Taney just took a step up on the "Worst Jurist Ever" list. Kidding aside, these folks are no different than the segregationists of +60 years ago. They despise civil rights and know the law is sufficiently flexible, complicated that it can be cited to support their already formed opinions. To equate the delivery time from a private retailer to a government required waiting period strains credulity. "The Founding Fathers couldn't envision" is an obvious dodge.

These folks have already made up their minds. To say they are very small minded and intellectually selfish is an understatement.

Yes we tried! So did we on Shall Issue CCW. 10 day background check, and other bad gun laws . . . and the corrupt state politicians has so far succeeded in keeping those bad laws. Sadly now we have to face reality and I know this is going to be hard to swallow . . . California as we use to know it is GONE! We are occupied by far left politicians and voters who said they will ignore the Constitution and even brazen enough to actually suggest a ballot to secede from the U.S. As long the majority of voters are Democrats sheep, they will continue to vote for more bad gun laws. Prop 63 have shown that over 60% of the voters want gun and ammo control. Sadly it will take decades to fix this. I don't have decades to wait for to fix what's broken California. I am sixty-three years old and the clock is ticking. I can't wait decades! Due to many jobs that are leaving California, my job is leaving for Nevada and projected date now is end of February or March 2017. I will be leaving with them. Nevada is a Free and Constitutional State. There I will be able to enjoy my 2nd Amendment rights. I am sorry if I sound like a broken record and many people chastise me for being negative in many of CalGun forums. But if we don't talk what went wrong and why it happen... than how are we going to move forward and take back our 2nd Amendment Rights? Sadly I am getting old and it will be the new 2nd Amendment advocates that must continue the fight in California. Like a said before it will take decades to fight this... and I wish all of you good luck to keep up the fight and some day help liberate Kaliforniastan.
