I dont know what your magblocks look like, but the ones I have for Gen 2 PMAGS, Gen 3 PMAGS, and GI Mags look like they should be drilled in the front part of the floorplate.

10 round magazine capacity limiters for many popular AR style rifle magazines. We manufacture the original Magblock Pmag limiter, but also have options available for USGI magazines, Lancer, Troy,Promag, Thermold, C-Products, ACS, Colt, and many more.

As with the other threads on Calguns, more FUD on how to alter or destroy your bought and paid for firearms and magazines. Put away any magazine in the +10 category, and use your Cal legal magazines for your range use and shooting activities. Unless compensated, there should be no impetus to permanently destroy a "real" standard capacity magazine. There are 0.000025 special DOJ agents for the ten million gun owners in this state. If you are afraid of your local LEO or agency, you live in the wrong part of the state!

I don't know, I kinda thought we were discussing CA legal magazines here.

I have no idea either unless I find a way to remove the pin

I guess nobody saw my question about linked ammo and whether or not is is affected by this since it's not a "magazine" and can't be made to prevent 11+ links. Anyone know what's happening with linked belts?

A link IS a magazine. It is a 1rd magazine, that's all a link can reliably hold. Links do have the unique feature of being able to be combined into a larger magazine, in this case in CA you can legally link 10-1rd links together.

I'd just add a rivet in the front of the floorplate simply the meet the regs.

I link is an "ammunition feeding device," not a magazine.

The definitive answer is hell no.

OK class, is 11 larger - or more than - 10?

                              .
Can't hurt to see what the think tank can come up with. Hell, if Ifilef can keep harping on pre-'17 AW regs, id hope someone can find a way to make belts legal.
"It's like linking 11 individual magazines!" Hahah

                              Thanks gents.

Riflegear told me the pins are supposed to be permanent so I can't open it to rivet/epoxy
