I wonder if the Supreme Court will ever take a closer look at CA and finally give our rights back and make a national ruling stating this...

The legal gun rights of law abiding citizens in California have been infringed long enough. The CA-Legislature has sought to undermine the foundation of our laws with their Anti-gun bills which have served only to criminalize the good people of CA.
In order to be part of the Union, all government official in California (and like states) must abide by the laws set in the US Constitution as an oath to the Republic to defend not re-invent. Therefore,

    1. Imposing any waiting period after legally buying a firearm by a legal citizen is an infringement
    2. Creating a CA safe handgun or rifle roster is an infringement
    3. Limiting magazine capacity is an infringement
    4. Registration for Ammunition purchases is an infringement
    5. Targeting certain feature components and deeming these parts "evil" is an infringement
    6. Blocking legal gun owners from obtaining both Open Carry or Concealed Carry is an infringement
    7. Renaming semi-automatic rifles as "assault weapons" or "look alike clone" to further an incremental ban agenda is an infringement
    8. Imposing fees on all Gun Manufacturers is an infringement

What is the process of recalling a public official (like Sen. De Leon and others) who fails to adhere to the law of the land?
      Better he be termed out.
