I get the feeling that the OP bangs high profile chicks.
Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

Here's an old thread on the subject. Looks like there are a few groups that you can participate in.
Two calguns members CrazyCobraManTim, and Militia Captain posted some info you might find useful, maybe be able to contact them.

Disclaimer: I don't have a clue about any CA militia.

What I do find curious is that here is a group of folks who for the most part are banging the drums, demanding their 2nd amendment rights yet want to deny, parse, limit someone their 1st amendment right, or simply not allowing them to ask a "prohibited"? question.

Thank you Sam and thank you Jp. As for the rest of ya, "your a heartbeat away from being banned". That just proves the ignorance my friends. Second of all, I'm not going to tell you what I do for a living but the "targeting LE" comment makes me laugh. I was asking a question that I was hoping somebody would answer. Instead I was burned like a witch at the steak. Thanks for making a fellow gun owner and American feel out of place over a question.

Ron and Bill, you two deserve California. Hahahahaha

Ask the governor his position on unorganized militia (since it's mostly his call).

So what? Is your understanding of the 1A so limited that you can't grasp the simple concept that it protects speech/expression against *government* suppression?

Another guy who has no clue what the 1st Amendment really is.

One of the militias was at my local range not to long ago. The skill set between many of them was pretty embarrassing if these are the guys that are suppose to fight in a time of need. I had to to help a few of them on basic operation of their firearms. Don't roll up in full camo and not know how to run your own rifle.

It's like being in a room full of freedom grabbing blood suckers sometimes. They need to remember what it feels like for people to throw around "BANNING" based on a prejudice, out of context understanding, ect..... They might not want their guns banned, but go on a public forum and start asking questions that are taken out of context and they're the first ones to start throwing around their fun little "BAN" emoji.

If I recall correctly *private* people/entities can be prosecuted as well for violation of one's civil liberties. I didn't take the time to research case law but I'm pretty sure any private citizen can be the subject of civil prosecution, up to and including 1st amendment rights.

At least they had something to run. Tyrannical governments prefer their militia run farm tools.
