Does anyone know anything about Cal-Milita or SCSM? I'm just a little curious how it all works. I've read what's on the website but I'm looking for people with more insight if there are any here.

These organizations exist. They even participated in an event in Riverside along side RPD and RFD. Nobody went to jail. So if you know something, share it. If your a typical CA person who is afraid of his/her own shadow but want to feel good about yourself for owning a Delton AR, butt out.
