Without "us" there is no gun industry.

Stupid people don't know they are stupid. Because they are stupid. They will follow evil geniuses and do their bidding, because they are stupid.

Really super stupid people look up to, and follow stupid people like they were geniuses, because to them, they are. Unfortunately the reality of it is, that doesn't make stupid people any smarter.

That right there is the root cause to most problems in the world.

"NRA is not fighting for gun rights, it is fighting for gun industry."

      Your bait needs work, buddy.

How does one buy a gun without the "gun industry"?

I got several calls about CA gun laws plus my representative was doing conference calls about it. All the lobbying money in the world won't make some Democrat Libtard vote our way though.

The NRA do what they can, but there is very little to work with in CA.
The voters are too stupid/gullible and keep electing corrupt polliticians who have no interest in anything but their own egos and power.

The pro-2A factions should all be making much more noise about the upside of guns in society. 10k murders - mostly in Chicago and other democrap havens, more than offset by 500k (most pesimistic estimate) crimes prevented.
Home invasion robberies are almost unheard of in US compared to say UK, precisely because so many households have guns.

If CA get their wish and all legal gun owners leave, the crime rate will only go up.

I just started giving to the NRA again. Now is NOT the time to crap on the NRA. We would have NO 2A RIGHTS WITHOUT THE NRA. I absolutely believe this and I've seen them fighting for our 2A rights every year, year after year.

If we didn't have the NRA lobbying for us in Congress do you think we still have our guns, especially our semi-auto rifles?
sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.

Maybe some of the fence sitters can decide which side they are on. The NRA works behind the scenes. The NRA participated in the successfully overturning of SF's Propostion H (2005 Handgun ban). Who really believes that the NRA has given up on California?

You don't kill a snake by cutting off its tail. California is the head of the snake and the nra is playing with the tail imo.

Cal gun owners who vote democrat are to blame. The NRA can not influence legislation in Sacramento as long as Californian gun owner continue to vote democrat. There are enough gun owners that with high turnout CA could defeat many democrats.

I just have one thing left to say to people bashing the NRA:.If you're pro gun, and you're bashing the same organization as Gavin Newsom, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

And that one dude who said the NRA only fights for the gun industry? Again funny how that is EXACTLY what the anti gun lobby attacks the NRA with.

If I didn't know better, I'd say we've got some anti gun trolls trying to weaken morale and create dissention. It's what i would do to the other side if I were so inclined. And if we fall for this then we deserve to lose all our rights.

That's funny, so according to the logic of your analogy, it was the NRA that created and voted to pass anti-gun laws? Wow, if the NRA passed those bans then yeah I'd say that's awful!

BTW that was sarcasm. If you're a gun owner and you think the NRA is the problem, you're the problem.

What was the NRA going to do when the California assembly were addressing the NRA lobbyist with comments "crazy", "vicious", "wash your mouth with soap".

The effeminate legislature were voting with irrational emotions and not facts, nor were they being objective. The NRA didn't have a chance.

These laws are proof that a democracy doesn't work: The USA is a Constitutional Republic. Giving stupid people the right to appoint other stupid people to govern over the smarter people is pure insanity.

Think about it this way. How much money do you send to the NRA each year? How much money do you send to the State of California each year? I'm sure it's orders of magnitude more.

Yes, you are funding anti-gunners way more than the NRA. Why do you expect your $25 a year dues to be victorious over your $1,000 of taxes sent directly to anti-gunners?

I am as sad as anyone to see what has happened to California. But, the NRA is a force for good. Quitting the good guy because he is fighting a much larger bad guy is not the answer.

I wish the NRA wouldn't waste money on those stupid gun give-a-ways. People in California, and some other states, can't have most of the rifles and pistols anyways. I wish they would spend their money on legislation issues instead.
