GAAAAHHH!!! That was painful to watch! Why did NOBODY make the point that mass shooters only use 1 or 2 guns, and this law would do NOTHING to help that situation! "Oh no, I wanna shoot up a school, but I gotta wait 30 days?!? Nevermind then!" So we're just arbitrarily going to limit how often people can exercise their rights, just "cuz"? Cuz they don't like gun collectors?

You know, I don't like people who shout racist nonsense in public. Yes, they're allowed to under the 1st amendment, but I don't like it. So what am I gonna do, pass a law that people can only shout racist nonsense once per month? After all, there's no reason anyone should ever have to shout racist nonsense in public more than once a month, right? And such a law wouldn't be an infringement of the 1st amendment, how?

PS, I agree with Santiago, that the (R) representatives should have read the latest revision of the bill before crafting their arguments

Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

If this is signed, or ignored, when would it go into effect?

Hooray, a small victory considering the others that were signed into law today, but a victory none-the-less. Updated OP and thread title
