Being able to buy during a trip in NorCal and driving the gun back home to SoCal will be a beautiful thing. The point about the 10-day wait was that it was found unconstitutional. The more of these kinds of laws that are stricken from the books, the better.

But the more important question...why is this in the FS forum?

This is the best thing I think. You can go out of town and get one, and not have to make about her trip 10 days later to pick it up.

I agree wrong fourm by the rules however I don't think we all have as much time as we would like to read all the other forums... I know we have so many of our civil liberties being trompled on these days it's tough to see an end. This is one for the people and we must keep pressing... Cause god knows they won't stop!

Yes I deemed it this important and the mods can always move it. I can now drive practically anywhere I find something I like. Opens up so many options.

If it is 6 months from the date that the ruling was passed then it would be February 18,2015

I do.. I also moved here from a free state where I could walk out the door with my newly purchased firearm the same day. I think all restrictions suck.

It's another step in the right direction. The only way to regain our rights is one at a time. The same way they took them.
