This is great too bad the roster is prohibiting us from buying guns anyone would actually want to buy. Except for some like glock gen 3 & HK p2000 and a few others, which will eventually be forced to fall off since there is no LCI, or mag disconnect safety on a lot of those. But non the less, this is another step in the right direction for CA

Being able to buy during a trip in NorCal and driving the gun back home to SoCal will be a beautiful thing. The point about the 10-day wait was that it was found unconstitutional. The more of these kinds of laws that are stricken from the books, the better.

But the more important question...why is this in the FS forum?

I agree wrong fourm by the rules however I don't think we all have as much time as we would like to read all the other forums... I know we have so many of our civil liberties being trompled on these days it's tough to see an end. This is one for the people and we must keep pressing... Cause god knows they won't stop!
