Suppressors will fly off the shelves. So currently I think it's 3million register on the NFA. I'm sure that will double rapidly.

This makes the argument that they are dangerous and unusual much more difficult.

Pretty safe to say the “in common use” test will also be easily met.
Flying off the shelf seems like an understatement. I’d likely have at least two if we can ever get them here (or I leave the state).

I hope it will be hard to argue that once SCOTUS says that pistol grips and other assault weapons things are protected accessories in Snopes.

We're not getting Suppressors in Commifornia. The Commies are absolutely terrified of them, they are far too stupid to not believe what Hollywood tells them about how suppressors actually work. Nothing will change about that here, they'll fight it tooth and nail.

There's a new US DOJ brief just issued in the Peterson case out of the 5th Circuit where they say that suppressors are indeed "arms" covered under the 2nd Amendment and can't be band. If the 9th Circus doesn't apply this brief correctly this case would be a prime candidate for the SCOTUS.
