Here we go with a 38 billion dollar deficit he is just going to make it more expensive to stay in California. As it becomes more expensive for people to operate a business here in California. More honest people are going to be leaving. taking their tax dollars with them yet we still allow the state to spend money on litigating these unconstitutional laws. I am liquidating most of my assets into gold certificates and eliminating my 401k. And moving my bank account out of state. Maybe I should just leave California as well. If I owned a gun store I would move and reopen in a gun friendly state. As this is only going to get worse for the small business owner. The big box gun stores will be able to afford all of these regulations, and the little mom and pop stores can barely pay the lease on their stores are going to be forced to close up shop anyhow. The greasehead wins but he loses also I have a friend that sold his business along with all of his real estate rentals and moved.Comment

Make the whole store a changing/dressing room or bathroom. Can't have cameras there.Comment

So is there anyway of knowing what is going on in the hearing?Comment

RestroomnTransactions
I thought about that then when the goons visit your store and there is no video of the transaction. They would then force close the store. And since CAL DOJ now processes 0the DROS background checks they have access.Comment

Why did he bother with the hearing. He had it written before the hearing.Comment

The court rarely writes anything. They just copy/paste from the litigants. In this case, this corrupt court simply publishes word for word what the State says in their filings, almost without exception.Comment

When I cannot buy ammo online without jumping through hoops (COE/FFL03) and then go into a store where they will record everything I do, I do NOT want to buy ammo. There is no guarantee my conversation would not later be held against me depending on who is in charge.

IThis is off topic this concerns the California budget deficit. Greasehead stated that the main reason for the deficit was delayed tax collection. With all the taxpayers leaving during this delayed tax collection is the money actually going to be there to be collected. Now back on topic you know that this is heading to the SCOTUS.Comment

A thought on appeal:
The State has already failed to safeguard sensitive data it gave to faux "researchers" and it was subsequently leaked. Plaintiffs have EVERY reasonable fear/expectation that video of them buying ammo will also be inappropriately gathered/stored/disseminated and then leaked.
