I recall Judge Benitez published the Duncan v. Bonta decision at around 2 PM, so this Friday afternoon seems like the best forecast.

In the latest CRPA youtube video, Chuck Michel predicts that Benitez will drop another case Friday.

The Ninth Circuit has played its hand in Duncan v. Bonta and conclusively demonstrated that following procedure does not grant any goodwill. Judge Benitez should release Miller v. Bonta without any deference to the state in the form of an administrative stay.
