    The legislators have sovereign immunity. I don't think there's a way for them to lose that.

      How about a Legislator Accountability Act? Require them to personally pay all litigation costs for both sides when these blatantly unconstitutional statutes are overturned. I mean maybe the court gives them the benefit of the doubt on the original microstamping and 1-in-30 laws. But the second go-round after clear rulings is just wasting tax dollars.

        The second go-round there is no doubt the qualified immunity should be gone. Passing another bill with just one or two words swapped out the dogs should be let loose.
