        Considering Duncan v. Bonta actually reached final judgment and landed on the Supreme Court docket before getting GVR'd, I would say that the logjam last time centered on NYSRPA v. Bruen itself.

        The Second Amendment makes us citizens, not subjects. All other enumerated rights are meaningless without gun rights.

                Now that everyone has witnessed the entire Second Amendment litigation train, including Miller, Rupp, Boland, Renna, Rhode, Young, Fouts, and more get remanded, retried, and delayed alongside Duncan, the Supreme Court had better actually decide gun rights issues next time.
