It's always about maintaining the narrative when it comes to the fake corporate media. The talking point distributed is how the AWB is "decades-old" as if that somehow validates the constitutionality of the law, when Benitez was very clear that age of the law is irrelevant when it comes to the question of whether or not the law was constitutional in the first place.

The whole basis of not being able to remove BB's is that the DOJ would consider that manufacturing and that the newly manufactured gun would be an illegal AW.
If you remove all the AW definitions and restrictions, BB's can absolutely come off.

Let the DOJ consider them a new firearm.
Won't matter because there won't be any laws that make the NEW firearm illegal anymore so the DOJ loses it's teeth.

Maybe you don't understand that nothing changed today so there are no "newly legal" firearms or parts.
Everything stays as it was yesterday for the next 30 days and that will get longer when the state gets a more permanent stay while the case goes to the 9th circus.
