However, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals only has a 3-seat Democratic-appointed majority. Progressive control is more tenuous than at first glance.

Everything about the Ninth Circuit with regards to jurisprudence may be awful, but the appeals court does maintain the best technology integration. Some of the other courts do not even stream hearings at all.
